Maybe it’s the Ford vs. Ferrari movie coming out, maybe it’s the electric Mustang at SEMA, or maybe it’s all the news of the Mustang-themed electric SUV being hatched in Dearborn, but it seems the world is abuzz in blue oval heritage. Apparently, Vintage Electric Bikes agrees, as they’ve just pulled the wraps off of a new limited edition offering dubbed “Shelby”.
Based on Vintage Electric’s Scrambler model, the Shelby features the Shelby brand’s iconic Cobra logo and is painted in Shelby Blue with black racing stripes. It’s set to go 36 mph via a rear hub motor powered by 1123 watt-hour battery. Range is said to be 75 mph.
Only 300 units will be produced, and at a price of $7,249. More information HERE.
